OVERVIEW

Statistics show that 8 out of 10 Americans will be victims of crime sometime during their lives!

Let's face it, every day someone is mugged, raped, or murdered - just watch the news. But, physical danger lurks everywhere, no matter where you live and roam. The best solution to facing dangerous situations is simple: RUN! But in many cases, running is no as simple as said. In fact, there's more to do that just run. Not knowing how to protect yourself is a recipe for disaster. Plenty of people are living scared and lacking the confidence or ability to defend themselves. A lack of confidence produces a lack of belief that you can protect yourself.

My seminar and book is about empowerment. I want you to walk away with something useful so you feel safer than you did before. The concepts are simple; you do not need years of martial arts training to understand the techniques I teach. You will learn easy techniques that may save your life.

STATISTICS*

According to crime statistics from the FBI:

- There is a violent crime every 22 seconds in the U.S.

- In 2005, there were over 16,600 murders - that's nearly 2 murders per hour

- There are over 3,500 aggravated assaults and robberies every day - that's 1 in every 24 seconds

- There is one burglary every 15.4 seconds

- There is a rape incident once in every 6 minutes. What's scarier, only 1 out of 5 is reported, which means there could be a whole lot more.

SOLUTION

To understand the solution, you must first know the problem.

The statistics mentioned above does not pose the problem of whether you will be a victim of crime, but when you will become a victim.

That's why through my years of experience in martial arts, I have written a book, "Protect Yourself: Top 10 Lifesaving Self-Defense Techniques." This book will help you prepare for exactly the moments you were unaware of.

My seminar will also help you, your colleagues, friends and relatives to better prepare with real exercises and demonstrations.

It's better to know than not, and remember, it could happen to you even as you read this.
